Confectionary course "Praline meeting"
Here your conference guests will become confectioners themselves! In the unique atmosphere of the Viba Experience Confectionery, you will learn how to work with nougat and chocolate in this exclusive praline course. Together you will create exquisite truffle pralines and gain exclusive insights into various techniques of the confectionery trade. You will make your own ganache according to our house recipe and fill hollow chocolate balls with a folded piping bag. You can create each flavor composition yourself.
